WHAT GETS MEASURED GETS DONE.

We are gauging critical indicators such as the representation of women in elected positions within the United States, the income parity between women and their male counterparts, and the presence of women in leadership roles, including executive positions and board memberships.

More than half a century ago, President Kennedy enacted the equal pay act. Back then, women were earning a mere 59 cents for every dollar earned by men. Today, on a national scale, this margin has improved to 81 cents per dollar.

Regrettably, according to the United Nations, despite performing two-thirds of the world's labor, women receive only a fraction of the global income. This gender imbalance extends further, with men retaining ownership of 99 percent of the world's property and holding sway over 92 percent of its sovereign nations.

These statistics are both alarming and unacceptable to us. The foundation of The Athena Pack is built upon our determination to accelerate the rate of progress, refusing to accept the status quo.
