ATHENA 2016

In 2016, we hosted 160 women and 12 speakers at the Emerson Cultural Center in Bozeman, MT. Athena 2016’s theme was “Be Bold”. The event focused on Shine Theory, 5 Leadership Best Practices, Closing the Pay Gap, Negotiations, Women & Money, and personal mission statement and resiliency planning.

It sold out, twice.

You will be matched with other female leaders from the conference to have facilitated dialogues over dinner around topics such as the pay gap, the Glass Ceiling, leadership inside and outside of the boardroom, and other topics.
