AMY THOMPSON
Amy Thompson hails from Missoula, Montana and is a Narrative Specialist with the Million Person Project, a global storytelling organization out of San Francisco. She is a facilitator, editor, and story coach – helping people to harness the power in their personal narratives and use it for good. She has a background in science and healthcare and believes that everything important she learned about the power of narrative, she learned from people in pain. She has a Doctorate in Physical Therapy and Masters in Community Health, but she deems those the least important things about her. Her specialty is in big dreaming and liberation through story. She loves to write and play in the mountains, and although she is a lover of people, her favorite thing to be is alone in wild places. She righteously uses “story” as a verb. She cannot wait to story with you.
