Meghan Bogden Shimek is a weaver and fiber artist from Oakland, California. Meghan makes textural woven wall hangings, installations, and sculptures. She has shown her work in galleries, shops and hotels on three continents and has been teaching workshops across the United States and internationally for over three years. Meghan has studied Navajo, tapestry and floor loom weaving.
