Susan brings more than 30 years of business leadership experience to the table, most recently from RightNow Technologies, where she served in various roles, including CFO and COO. Susan is currently at partner at Yellowstone Growth Partners, a growth advisory firm, a board member at Workfront, Socrata, Foundant, Quiq, PFL, D.A.Davidson, MSUAF and MSUIC. Prior to RightNow, Carstensen was CFO at Powerhouse Technologies, and held management positions at Martin Marietta and Ernst & Young.  As an active investor in Frontier Angel Fund, cofounder of OpensourceMT, mentor in PowerhouseMT, Susan is focused on growing the high-tech ecosystem in Montana.   Susan holds a B.A. and B.S. in Business and Political Science from MSU.
