  • An afternoon of interactive panels (and micro-experiences along the way!), including:

    • Make Space for Health with Johnna Sutton, Sam Schmidt & Bridget Ambrose
When considering health, our focus often revolves around our physical bodies and the routines we maintain or neglect to keep them in shape. Additionally, there is a wealth of new scientific knowledge emerging about health, which can be both exciting and overwhelming for many. The abundance of podcasts, various metrics to track, and the pressure to see multiple practitioners can add to this feeling of overwhelm. Hear from a Functional Medicine Specialist, a Spiritual and Energy Healer, and a Physical Therapist on how to make sense of it all.

    • Make Space for Money with Kim Shappee Women, Money, and Power. What would it look like if you felt great about your financial power? This is a working session on your financial health presented by Kim Shappee & RBC Wealth Management.

    • Make Space for Signature with Quentin Robinson, Ashley Davis Tilly and Anna Brones
      Hosted by Sara Close
Originally intended as "Make Space for Creativity," we discovered a more crucial theme to delve into with our esteemed panelists. When sharing our work with the world, we face a choice: conforming to the familiar and safe path or embracing our uniqueness, which can be intimidating. Our signature, whether as an artist, community leader, or founder, is what truly leaves a lasting impact. But how do we achieve this? Join us for an intriguing discussion; you wouldn't want to miss it.
